Using QuickNoteLM

QuickNoteLM lets you save notes, links, files, screenshots, voice memos, and related content into personal or company workspaces. You are responsible for the content you submit and for complying with laws, contracts, and policies that apply to that content.

Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. The same account may have access to personal and company workspaces. The active workspace matters because company content may be governed by organization policies.

Organization owners and authorized administrators may manage members, billing, sharing, retention, AI settings, and other workspace policies. Ordinary administration should not imply blanket access to every note.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant QuickNoteLM the limited rights needed to store, process, transmit, display, search, organize, share, export, delete, and protect that content as part of the service.

Raw notes and original uploaded files remain the source of truth. AI summaries, tags, entities, extracted text, search chunks, and embeddings are derived content and should inherit the same workspace permissions and confidentiality treatment.

AI features

AI features may summarize, classify, tag, extract, embed, or retrieve workspace content. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so you should review it before relying on it.

Company workspaces should require an explicit AI policy decision. QuickNoteLM should not use customer content to train shared models unless the organization separately opts into a clearly defined program.

Sharing

Public and private share links are your responsibility once you create them. Public links should be opt-in, revocable, and visible in the product. Do not share content unless you have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

Do not use QuickNoteLM to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malware, abuse the service, bypass access controls, probe unauthorized systems, or submit content you are not allowed to process through the service.

Plans and changes

Some features may require a paid plan or organization agreement. We may change or discontinue pre-launch features as the product, security controls, and legal terms mature.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account creates security, legal, operational, payment, or abuse risk. You may stop using the service at any time and request export or deletion where available and permitted by applicable workspace policy.
